.Net Fullstack React - Consultant

The team is seeking a .Net Fullstack React Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on scalable enterprise applications and contribute to innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Web API, React, and Microservices architecture.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Develop reusable React components and frontend solutions using React Hooks and Redux, along with backend services, following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and optimization.
• Design and optimize data access solutions using Entity Framework to support performance and scalability requirements.
• Drive messaging and event-streaming solutions using RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SQS, Azure Service Bus, JMS, or Kafka.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Define front-end-backend integration strategies and reusable React component architecture for enterprise applications.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Mentor team members on React, .NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices, and engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Web API, Microservices Architecture, and React (Hooks + Redux).
• Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, and various messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Experience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts and architectural patterns related to Microservices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

Experience:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly with .NET and React technologies.
