The team is seeking a .Net Full Stack Principal Engineer to join their IT Software Engineer team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring product integrity and enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative technology solutions. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications while documenting procedures and continuously seeking quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement critical services that meet business requirements.
- Lead complex refactoring projects to improve system performance and maintainability.
- Champion quality assurance practices within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster their professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in .Net framework and full stack development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of database management systems, particularly SQL Server.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Azure or AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack engineering.
