The team is seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Engineer at the AVP level to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for building seamless, digital-first customer experiences that simplify organizational processes while ensuring data security and integrity. You will develop innovative, data-driven solutions through the creation of data pipelines, modeling, and ETL design, while also leveraging insights to drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement full stack applications using .NET technologies.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support data ingestion and transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance throughout the development process.
- Utilize data modeling techniques to enhance data accessibility and usability.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of database management systems and data modeling.
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and data engineering.
