The team is seeking an experienced Neo4j Application Support Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for supporting critical business applications and troubleshooting complex issues in graph database environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Neo4j and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Neo4j-based systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to graph databases and application performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize graph data models and queries using Cypher.
- Implement best practices for performance tuning and database optimization.
- Mentor and lead a team of support engineers, providing guidance on complex technical challenges.
- Document support processes and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Neo4j, including graph data modeling and Cypher query language.
- Strong understanding of application support processes and methodologies.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues.
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in application support, specifically with Neo4j.
