About this role
The team is seeking an experienced nCino Development Lead Consultant to spearhead the technical design, development, integrations, and delivery of banking and lending solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce and nCino development, and will be responsible for leading a team to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of nCino solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the development and integration of banking and lending applications.
- Ensure the quality and performance of solutions through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and technical skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce and nCino technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 6 years focused on Salesforce and nCino development.
- Strong understanding of banking and lending processes and solutions.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with integration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience: 6-10 years in relevant roles.
