About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Murex Professional with hands-on experience in MXtest and a strong understanding of various asset classes such as FX, MM, and IRD. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding requirements, developing test cases, and providing troubleshooting and support within Murex Front Office (FO), Middle Office (MO), and Back Office (BO) modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure system functionality and performance.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for Murex modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to enhance system capabilities.
- Implement CI/CD practices where applicable and utilize basic Unix scripting and SQL for automation and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Murex, particularly with MXtest.
- Strong knowledge of asset classes, including FX, MM, and IRD.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD implementation is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Unix scripting and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Murex and testing processes.
