The team is seeking a skilled MS SQL Server Developer with a strong background in database development and management. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in MS SQL Server development, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MS SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform detailed analysis of business transactions and support all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Engage in bug fixing, reporting, and detailed status reporting to stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile methodology practices to enhance project delivery.
- Conduct research and development activities to improve existing processes and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS SQL Server, with strong programming skills in C# and .NET.
- Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and result analysis.
- Strong communication and support skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
