About this role
The team is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, focusing on the CRM suite including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and deploy CRM Organizations with both managed and unmanaged solutions.
- Customize and create CRM entities to align with business requirements.
- Understand and implement business workflows and processes within the CRM framework.
- Utilize the CRM SDK and plugin platforms effectively.
- Develop applications using Microsoft .NET 3.5 with C#.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM SDK and plugin development.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in MS Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
