About this role
The team is seeking a Module Lead/Technical Lead for their Risk Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing complex systems and modules, building and shipping features and fixes, and ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing and review processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex systems and modules for the risk platform.
- Build and ship features and fixes in a timely manner.
- Develop, unit test, instrument, and deploy code.
- Review code and design to ensure quality and security standards are met.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with colleagues to drive innovation.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Continuously learn and stay updated in your chosen area of expertise.
- Support the product and debug complex scenarios as they arise.
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on risk management platforms.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks.
- Experience with code review and ensuring code quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and customer engagement.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development, with a preference for 5-8 years.
