Key Responsibilities:
- Champion process effectiveness and improvements by owning governance controls.
- Explore, validate, plan, and lead the implementation of product lifecycle upgrades.
- Lead actions to mitigate application risks related to cybersecurity vulnerabilities and obsolete technology frameworks.
- Identify technology and product risks in advance and devise effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and full stack development.
- Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
