The team is seeking a skilled Mobile Developer specializing in Android to join their dynamic team. This role involves leading technical development on a product, team, or domain level while taking responsibility for overall tech delivery and app ownership alongside your own software engineering output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Android applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Take ownership of the entire app lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Java and Kotlin for Android development.
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in mobile application development, specifically for Android platforms.
