About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Mobile Automation Engineer with a strong background in test automation for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various automation tools and frameworks, contributing to the development of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Selenium and Appium.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Utilize Cucumber for Behavior Driven Development (BDD) testing.
- Conduct testing on device cloud platforms such as BrowserStack and Perfecto Mobile.
- Monitor and maintain test environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional.
- Report and track defects, providing detailed feedback to the development team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and experience with test automation frameworks like TestNG.
- Strong understanding of mobile testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with REST APIs and their testing.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA/MSc).
Experience:
- 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in mobile and web application testing.
