The team is seeking an MLOPS Senior Lead Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, with significant experience in machine learning operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of MLOps processes and best practices.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to ensure seamless integration of ML models into production environments.
- Manage the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality software engineering practices are followed.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in MLOps methodologies and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8 years of experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, and bash scripts.
- Proficient in software development lifecycle and software engineering practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 8-10 years in a relevant field with a focus on MLOps and data engineering.
