As a Senior/Lead specializing in Generative AI and Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), you will be at the forefront of AI innovation. You will design, deploy, and operationalize sophisticated models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to solve complex business challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions that drive intelligent automation and spark creativity across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Generative AI models and solutions.
- Develop and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Ensure models are scalable and maintainable in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Machine Learning Engineering and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
