About this role
The team is seeking a Senior/Lead MLOps Databricks Engineer specializing in Generative AI and Machine Learning Engineering (MLE). In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, responsible for designing, deploying, and operationalizing sophisticated models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to tackle complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions that drive intelligent automation and foster creativity across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
- Develop and operationalize Machine Learning models using Databricks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Monitor and optimize model performance in production environments.
- Ensure best practices in MLOps, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Machine Learning Engineering and MLOps practices.
- Proficiency in Databricks and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI techniques and NLP frameworks.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Scala.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in MLOps, Machine Learning, or related fields.
