MIS Analyst Telecom Broadband Field (Off Role)

We are looking for an MIS Analyst to support Telecom/Broadband Field Operations through accurate MIS reporting, dashboard management, data analysis, KPI tracking, partner incentive management, billing inputs, and actionable business insights. This role will work closely with Operations, Partner Management, Finance, and Management to ensure accurate reporting, timely incentive payouts, and monthly partner billing closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to field operations.
• Manage partner incentive programs and ensure timely payouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes.
• Support the billing process by providing accurate inputs and ensuring timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MIS reporting and data analysis within the telecom or broadband sector.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with telecom operations and billing processes is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in an MIS Analyst role.
