About this role
The team is seeking a Middleware / JBoss Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in managing and administering middleware technologies, particularly JBoss and IBM Integration Bus (IIB). This role is critical for ensuring the smooth deployment and maintenance of applications in high-availability environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain JBoss EAP clusters.
- Deploy applications using JAR, WAR, and EAR files through JBoss Admin Console and CLI mode.
- Handle pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment activities effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure optimal performance of middleware solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to middleware environments.
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and DataPower.
- Proven experience in JBoss EAP cluster administration.
- Familiarity with high-availability deployment strategies.
- Good knowledge of Red Hat Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in middleware administration.
