The team is seeking a Middleware Administrator with strong expertise in automation using Ansible and PowerShell. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage and optimize middleware systems while ensuring high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support middleware applications and services.
- Implement automation solutions using Ansible and PowerShell to streamline operations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of middleware solutions.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in middleware and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with middleware technologies such as WebSphere, JBoss, or similar.
- Proficiency in automation tools, specifically Ansible and PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of scripting languages and system administration.
- Experience with cloud environments and containerization is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in middleware administration or related field.
