We are seeking a MicroStrategy BI Developer with the expertise to create and manage analytics solutions that transform data into knowledge. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and business acumen, coupled with a problem-solving approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to design and develop enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using MicroStrategy.
- Implement and support BI solutions that meet business needs and enhance decision-making processes.
- Analyze data requirements and develop data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI applications and data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MicroStrategy and experience with BI tools.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience in SQL and database management.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BI development, specifically with MicroStrategy.
