About this role
The team is seeking a Microsoft Purview_M365 Technical Architect to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering and optimizing the Microsoft 365 suite, with a strong focus on security and data governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the organization.
- Utilize Microsoft Purview to manage and protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance the security posture of M365 applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders regarding best practices in M365 security and data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and security management.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Purview and its applications in data governance.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and data protection regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 or cloud security are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical architecture or a related field, with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
