About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join their team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and a strong background in developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Create plugins and integrate related architecture and design practices.
- Utilize Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault in development projects.
- Work with Copilot Studio to enhance application functionality.
- Implement CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions and C#.NET.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure services and architecture.
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and proficiency in C#.NET.
- Solid understanding of iterative and agile development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and implementation.
