About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Microsoft Data Architect to join their team. In this role, you will support customers in taking control of their data and deriving value from it by defining a reference architecture. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and information management teams to define and implement a comprehensive roadmap for data management, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on various projects to provide optimal Data Platform solutions for customers.
- Define and implement data management strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data architecture and analytics.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance are followed.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on data architecture principles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Microsoft data technologies, including Azure Data Services, SQL Server, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data architecture or a similar role.
