About this role
The team is seeking an experienced MES Developer to join their team in Bengaluru. This hybrid role involves designing, developing, and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solutions to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop MES applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Integrate MES solutions with existing ERP and production systems.
- Conduct testing and validation of MES applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MES applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MES and manufacturing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in MES development and implementation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or similar.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
