About this role
The team is seeking an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to deliver structured practical training to professionals at their site in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on hands-on learning, coding practices, real-world development scenarios, and project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 4 hours of MERN Stack training daily at the team location.
- Deliver training on MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of trainees through practical exercises.
- Provide mentorship and support to trainees during their learning journey.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the MERN stack.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a trainer or educator in software development, particularly with the MERN stack.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
- Experience in real-world project development and coding practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development and training.
