The team is seeking a highly skilled Mendix Lead Developer & Architect to join their digital transformation team. In this dual role, you will lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable Mendix low-code applications. You will also be responsible for mentoring developers, setting development standards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Mendix solutions aligned with enterprise requirements.
- Lead the development team in implementing best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in Mendix application development.
- Ensure the quality of applications through code reviews and testing.
- Stay updated with the latest Mendix features and low-code development trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Mendix development and architecture.
- Strong understanding of low-code application development principles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on Mendix.
