The team is seeking a motivated MDG Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting financial processes and ensuring data integrity within the Master Data Governance framework. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data governance practices.
- Support the Junior Team Lead in implementing financial strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or data analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
