About this role
The team is seeking a Mathematics Curriculum Developer to create engaging and effective math curricula for students in grades 1 to 10, aligned with US educational standards. This is a full-time role that reports directly to the Founder/Curriculum Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing comprehensive math curriculum materials that are age-appropriate and aligned with educational standards.
- Collaborating with educators and subject matter experts to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Implementing innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Conducting regular reviews and updates of curriculum content based on feedback and educational trends.
- Providing training and support to teachers on the effective delivery of the curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in mathematics education, with a focus on curriculum development.
- Experience in creating curriculum for grades 1-10, preferably in an online education environment.
- Familiarity with US educational standards and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms.
Experience required: 5-8 years in curriculum development or a related field.
