The team is seeking a Master Data Management Manager to lead the architecture, capacity planning, development, and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role is crucial for enabling the management and integration of master data across the enterprise using advanced MDM technologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the overall architecture design for MDM solutions.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure scalability and performance.

- Assess the current state architecture and evaluate current business processes for managing MDM solutions.
- Understand and document both functional and non-functional requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Master Data Management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of MDM technologies and tools.
- Experience in architecture design and capacity planning for MDM solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
