The team is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join their team in Mumbai or Vadodara. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing master data to support the company's operations and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain master data management processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on data management initiatives.
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data management processes and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or master data management.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
