The team is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join their expanding Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune, Maharashtra. This role is pivotal in supporting the organization’s mission to innovate and improve the lives of people living with diabetes. As a Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing critical data that drives business decisions and enhances operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain master data management processes and standards.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Create and manage documentation related to data management practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or master data management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data governance frameworks is a plus.
