The team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manual Test Engineer who is passionate about quality and precision in software testing. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our web and mobile applications through meticulous testing processes and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with experience in product-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute manual tests and report defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on product quality.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of automated testing strategies as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Manual Test Engineer or similar role in a product-based environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with web and mobile application testing.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manual testing.
