Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality assurance process for technology projects, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and procedures.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of QA processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
