The team is seeking a Manager of Software Quality and Test to lead their quality assurance efforts in the biopharmaceutical sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, ultimately aiding in the faster delivery of medical treatments to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
- Lead a team of QA engineers and testers, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Manage quality assurance metrics and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
