Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in software engineering and team management, ideally 5-8 years.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
