The team is seeking a Manager of Software Development Engineering specializing in Cloud Security and SASE Data. In this role, you will lead a team focused on developing innovative solutions that enhance the team cloud security offerings. You will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives while ensuring the highest levels of security for users and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design and development of cloud security solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) frameworks and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security requirements and integrate them into product development.
- Utilize data analytics to enhance security measures and improve the overall user experience.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in cloud security and SASE technologies.
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including Zero Trust architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and security tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and engineering management.
