- Lead hiring processes, performance management, and capability development for the engineering team.
- Oversee on-call ownership and incident response during the team's coverage window.
- Make operational tradeoffs involving reliability, feature development, and resource allocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and product roadmaps.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and team management.
