Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
