About this role
The team is seeking a Manager, Software & Applications, Global Solution Owner to join their team. In this role, you will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with global and regional teams to optimize SAP and integrated non-SAP systems and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business needs into functional requirements, ensuring that solutions are robust, strategically aligned, and efficient to deliver and maintain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define capability requirements and success metrics.
- Analyze and optimize existing SAP and non-SAP systems and processes.
- Ensure integration points within the ERP system are well understood and managed.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of software and applications.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, providing recommendations for enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software applications management, preferably in an ERP environment.
- Strong understanding of SAP and non-SAP systems integration.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
