About this role
As the SAP SD Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the SAP Sales and Distribution processes, solution design, and system within the team’s organization. You will lead a team of professionals, both internal and external, ensuring the successful execution of projects in the SAP SD area to address business requirements and efficiently support sales and distribution capabilities in the current S4 HANA system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the SAP Sales and Distribution processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement best practices in SAP SD.
- Design and optimize SAP SD solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and SAP innovations to continuously improve processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP SD module with a strong understanding of S4 HANA.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP SD management or related roles.
