About this role
The team is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance to oversee their Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Technical Systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality standards in the nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and food manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and strengthen the complete QA system to meet regulatory standards.
- Lead, supervise, and train the QA team to ensure effective quality control processes.
- Approve specifications, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and master formulations.
- Manage batch release and rejection processes, along with maintaining quality documentation.
- Oversee raw material and finished product testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Handle vendor qualification and audits to ensure supplier quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.
