The team is seeking a Manager, Programs (Quality Assurance & Academic Governance) to oversee the development and implementation of quality frameworks within their institution. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and leading the operational delivery of high-stakes assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Institutional Quality Handbook, ensuring all policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Lead the quality assurance processes to enhance academic governance and institutional effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities to senior management.
  • Facilitate training and workshops on quality assurance practices for staff and faculty.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, academic governance, or a similar role in an educational institution.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and academic governance.
