About this role
The team is seeking a Manager - Ops Support to lead and enhance operational support processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring data-driven decision-making and efficient financial modeling within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and clean large datasets using SQL and basic Python to support operational needs.
- Develop dynamic forecasting, budgeting, and scenario-planning models utilizing advanced Excel features such as Power Query, macros, and financial math formulas.
- Communicate complex numerical data effectively, transforming it into clear and persuasive narratives for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and implement best practices.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and basic Python for data manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with Power Query and macros.
- Strong data storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly.
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations support, data analysis, or financial modeling.
