About this role
The team is seeking a Manager of Machine Learning to lead the execution of their research and development and product roadmap. This role will leverage industry insights and business needs to drive machine learning initiatives while managing team priorities and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the R&D and product roadmap for machine learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of ML solutions with business objectives.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Oversee the development of robust APIs and microservices for seamless integration of ML models into production environments.
- Manage team priorities and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of API development and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in machine learning or related fields, with a focus on team leadership and project execution.
