Manager - IT Risk Management

The team is seeking a talented individual to join their Global Information Security (GIS) Team as a Manager - IT Risk Management. This hybrid role will be based in Pune, requiring at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the organization’s security control documentation, managing control evidence to support compliance, and assisting with various IT risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain security control documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Manage control evidence and documentation processes to support audits and compliance assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IT risks.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of security policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT risk management strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on security controls and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in IT risk management or information security.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with security control documentation and evidence management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
