Manager, IT Infrastructure

The team is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure to oversee a department dedicated to the design, delivery, support, and optimization of IT infrastructure. This includes managing network, computing, storage, telecommunication, and mobile devices. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and IT partners to plan and execute strategic projects, enhancement work, and baseline requests while adhering to established service levels, budgets, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring efficient operation and support of all infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize infrastructure projects and enhancements.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing IT infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and capacity, making recommendations for improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on network, computing, and storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications and mobile device management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
