About this role
The team is seeking a Manager, Finance Business Partners to lead financial analysis and business partnership initiatives. This role is crucial in driving strategic financial decisions and enhancing overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Manage master data systems, preferably Reltio, and perform data extractions from SQL databases.
- Employ Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create visual reports and dashboards.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey financial information and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience with master data management systems, with a preference for Reltio, Informatica, or Riversand.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and ability to perform data extractions.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in databases and programming languages such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Python, or R is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance, business analysis, or a related field.
