The team is seeking a Manager, ERP WMS Leader, Technology Quality to drive quality assurance and technology implementation for their ERP and Warehouse Management Systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring that technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, contributing to the overall mission of improving health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality assurance efforts for ERP and WMS implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of technology solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to validate system performance and reliability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members in quality assurance practices.
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and propose actionable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP and WMS systems, with a focus on quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of quality management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceuticals industry is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in technology quality management, specifically in ERP and WMS environments.
