The team is seeking a Manager, ERP WMS Leader, Technology Quality to oversee and enhance their Warehouse Management System (WMS) within their ERP framework. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of technology solutions that support healthcare innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of WMS solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for technology deployments.
- Analyze system performance and implement enhancements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and WMS technologies.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in technology quality management, specifically within ERP and WMS environments.
