About this role
The team is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Data Management to lead the successful delivery of Enterprise Master Data and Digital Transformation programs. This role will provide centralized project governance, dashboard reporting, performance tracking, and executive presentation support. The Manager will act as a key liaison across business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise data governance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance tracking metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations on project status and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance data management practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
