About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Manager of Engineering - Frontend to lead the design and development of complex workflows. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of components and be responsible for the subsystems you work on, including design, code, testing, integration, deployment, and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build complicated workflows to improve user experience.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept development to solution design and implementation.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during all phases of the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Optimize existing solutions and provide ongoing support for enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in JavaScript, specifically with ReactJS and Redux.
- Proficiency in React Native, HTML, CSS, and JQuery.
- In-depth understanding of XML, JSON, DOM, and W3C standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in frontend engineering and project management.
